Last night, we had a great time at Micah's End-of-year Party... food, fun, a pinata and prizes. What more could a preschooler ask for?

Actually, the visiting kittens were probably the biggest hit with the kids.

Memorial Day at Nana's

girls weekend away 2006

this year we went up to Boyne... it was just perfect!
lazy, crazy fun.
a little shoppy-shoppy.
the Morel Festival in Boyne City.
way to much to eat and drink, as usual.

I even "cooked" dinner for the girls... had to get a shot of that just to prove it was true. :)

Michael and I celebrated 9 years together on May 17... he brought home a beautiful bouquet, and I treated him to dinner at the Arboreal Inn. It's been a great ride... here's to many more fabulous years together!

finally... beach day!

i was finally able to upload a few pics from a trip to the beach last week... we had a great time throwing the frisbee and running around in the sand. can't wait 'til it's even warmer! (believe it or not, Jacob hasn't been in the Lake yet this summer... last year it was Easter and he was in!)
